1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Phone Pro website and your purchase, sale or trade-in of devices with Phone Pro Ltd, 47 High St, Exeter, EX4 3DJ, UK. By placing an order or booking a trade-in you agree to them.
2. Orders & pricing
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We take care to price and describe items accurately, but errors may occur. If we discover an error we will contact you before processing your order and you may cancel for a full refund.
3. Device grading
Pre-owned devices are graded (A, B or C) based on cosmetic condition and functional testing. Grade definitions are shown alongside each item. Minor cosmetic variation within a grade is normal.
4. Trade-ins & valuations
Online quotes are an estimate based on the details you provide. The final offer is confirmed after an in-store inspection. You are free to decline the final offer at no cost.
5. Returns
Unless faulty, items may be returned within the period stated at purchase in their original condition. Faulty items are covered by the warranty below and by your statutory rights.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the value of the order or transaction concerned.
