Up to 2-year warranty on devices, plus a 100% data-wipe guarantee on everything we handle.
What's covered
Every device is backed by a Phone Pro warranty (up to 2 years, as stated on the product) covering hardware faults that aren't caused by accidental or liquid damage — for example battery, charging, buttons, cameras and speakers.
What's not covered
Accidental damage, liquid damage, cracked screens or glass after purchase, cosmetic wear, and issues caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications are not covered. These may still be repairable — just ask us for a quote.
Battery health
Pre-owned batteries are tested and rated at point of sale. Gradual capacity loss through normal use is expected and not treated as a fault.
How to claim
Contact us with your order reference and a short description of the issue. We'll arrange an inspection and, where covered, repair or replace the device. Bring it to our Exeter store or post it to us.
